Event Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all events hosted, organised, or facilitated by Craft Boutique Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking, attending, or participating in an event, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings and Payments

All event bookings must be made in advance unless stated otherwise. Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking and must be completed by the specified deadline to secure a place. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by event and will be communicated at the time of booking. Where refunds are offered, they will be issued in accordance with the stated policy. Craft Boutique Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, attendees will be offered a refund or transfer where appropriate.

3. Attendance and Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, facilitators, and other participants. Craft Boutique Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.

4. Health and Safety

Attendees participate in events at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are fit to take part in any activities offered. Craft Boutique Ltd will take reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment but accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.

5. Personal Belongings

Personal items brought to events are the responsibility of the owner. Craft Boutique Ltd accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

6. Parking

Where possible, Craft Boutique Ltd endeavours to offer free parking for event attendees. However, parking availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice. If parking is unavailable, it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to make alternative arrangements.

All vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk. Craft Boutique Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or their contents while parked in connection with an event.

7. Photography and Media

Photographs or recordings may be taken during events for promotional or documentation purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform a member of staff prior to the event.

8. Changes to Events

Craft Boutique Ltd reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event content, schedules, facilitators, or venues where necessary.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Craft Boutique Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will apply at the time of booking or attendance.
